FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular to devices for semi-dry shaping of ceramic products. Ceramic material pressing device comprises a material supply hopper, a longitudinal pressing channel, with a pressing punch installed inside it with the possibility of reciprocating movement. Moreover, the pressing channel is provided with a counter-punch with rods connecting the pressing punch with the counter-punch through the pressing mechanism with a lubrication system installed along the perimeter of the pressing channel and the hole-forming cores, providing a reduction in friction between the clay beam and the walls of the pressing channel, as well as the walls of the hole-forming cores. In addition, the pressing channel is configured to be vertically mounted during the loading of the mixture and pressing the clay beam and horizontally arranged during the ejection of the clay beam from the pressing channel. Walls of the hollow hole-forming cores and the pressing channel are perforated, and cavities of the hole-forming cores are communicated with each other, with the lubrication system of the pressing channel and the source of water supply under pressure. To cut the clay beam into individual pieces after pressing out from the pressing channel, the device is provided with a cutting mechanism.

EFFECT: increase the device capacity while reducing the energy intensity of the production of ceramic products.
