FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of dewatering of bulk materials and is intended primarily for use on baking plants for the granulation of metallurgical slags. Proposed apparatus comprises at least one processing line, includes a hydro-granulator, a receiving hopper, a slag air-lift chamber communicated with a dewatering unit via a slurry line. It is provided with an intermediate vessel fixed to the base and located between the slurry line and the dehydrator. Its intermediate container contains an unloading nozzle fixed above the dewatering unit, which is fixed on the bottom with a ledge. Above discharge nozzle and slurry line are offset from each other in a horizontal plane by a certain amount.
EFFECT: prevents the wear of the perforated bottoms of the boxes of the dehydrator.
