FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprise slag flute, granulator, granulation pool communicated with slag airlift pit accommodating airlift connected with slag dehydrator and clarified water chamber connected with recycled water pump. Note here that pulp dehydrator comprises slag-water pulp feed funnel and discharge bin. Stationary slag dehydrator is composed of cylindrical shell divided radially into sectors to make stationary boxes with walls. Every said box is furnished with hinged filtration-and-water discharge dual bottom to discharge filtered water into circular water header communicated with granulation pool. Conical intermediate dehydrated slag bin aligned with dehydrator I arranged under said boxes. Rotary slag-water pulp feed funnel connected with airlift separator is aligned with dehydrator to feed pulp into every dehydrator box.
EFFECT: lower costs and metal input, higher reliability.
