This is a screw multiple-thread drum made of rectangular strips, twisted in a vertical plane in the longitudinal direction and curved along the helical lines in the transverse direction on a cylindrical mandrel with the formation along the perimeter of the drum of the helical lines and helical curvilinear surfaces of one direction of a concave shape relative to the axis of symmetry of the drum, with centers of curvature located outside the cross section of the drum.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities, increase in the perimeter surface of the drum, increase in the displacement speed of particles of bulk materials from loading to unloading procedure, an increase in the intensity of heat exchange between particles of bulk materials and cooling water, as well as cooling efficiency due to an increase in the range of changes in the displacement vector and the reorientation of particles of bulk materials.
