FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing high viscosity oil for pumping through a pipeline. Method comprises heat treatment of oil by heating in heat exchangers and a thermocracking furnace, the subsequent separation of thermocracking products into vapor and liquid phases in an evaporator, quenching cooling of thermocracking products before being fed to the evaporator, applying the liquid phase after the post-cooling as a component of the oil pumped into the pipeline, subsequent separation of the vapor phase of the thermocracking products in the gas separator into a hydrocarbon gas used as the fuel of the thermal cracking furnace and a light distillate, which is subjected to a secondary separation into a hydrocarbon gas and a stable light distillate in a stabilization column provided with a packing, the hydrocarbon gas stream from the stabilization column being mixed with the hydrocarbon gas stream from the gas separator, and a stable light distillate, after heating in the boiler, is used in part as a hot jet fed to the bottom of the stabilization column, partly after cooling in the refrigerator, as an acute reflux to the top of the stabilization column, and the balance amount of the stable light distillate is mixed with the cooled liquid phase of the evaporator and supplied for pumping. In this case, the original oil is heated in the convection chamber of the furnace to a temperature of no more than 360 °C, followed by its separation into an additional evaporator into two parts, one of which is directed to the radiant chamber, and the other after cooling in the raw heat exchanger – into the distillate container, with one part of the distillate being used for quenching cooling of thermocracking products, and another as a diluent of the original high-viscosity oil before the desalting and dehydrating operation in the electric dehydrator.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to reduce the total yield of gases and to obtain heat-treated oil with lower values of density, viscosity and coking and with a higher yield.
