FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preheating of feed oil, thermocracking with quenching of the thermocracking products and their subsequent separation in the evaporator into liquid and gas-vapor-liquid phases, the latter being separated in the gas separator into the gas of the evaporator used as fuel and a distillate, and the liquid phase of the evaporator is fed as a coolant in heat exchangers and for mixing with said distillate, followed by cooling to a temperature for transportation via pipeline. At that, the feed oil is subjected after preliminary heating to separation in the separator into the liquid phase - fraction above 200°C and the gas-vapor-liquid phase which is separated in the additional gas separator into gas fed for mixing with said gas evaporator and distillates to be mixed with the distillates separated from the thermocracking products and with the liquid phase of the evaporator, part of the liquid phase of the separator with fraction higher 200°C is subjected to thermal cracking, and the other part of the liquid phase of the separator - fraction above 200°C used for quenching of the thermocracking products, followed by separation of the resulting raw mixture in the evaporator.
EFFECT: allows to increase the stability of heat-treated oil fed to the pipeline.
