SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of medicine, namely veterinary medicine, and is intended for the treatment of mastitis in cows. Composition for treatment mastitis in cows includes iodine, ASD f-2, succinic acid, potassium iodide, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerin and distilled water. Components are used in claimed amounts. Iodine-containing formulation is administered intramammary at a dose of 10.0 ml at a 12-hour interval until the animal is fully recovered.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions makes it possible to increase the therapeutic efficiency, to achieve the required density of composition and safety usage in treatment of mastitis in cows.
