SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. At the beginning of the suture an atraumatic needle is injected with resorbable monofilament from the depth of the wound to the surface from the subcutaneous fat, leaving 5 mm from the outer edge of the wound. Puncture at the level of the upper third of the dermis, then inject from the upper third of the dermis of the inner edge of the wound, conduct the needle with the floss from the surface into the wound and puncture in the subcutaneous zone within 5 mm from the inner edge. Ends of the thread are knotted with formation of the inner knot, then the free end of the thread without the needle is cut off near the knot, then the suture is applied in the diagonal direction. At the same time the inner edge of the wound is sutured outward from the depths with a prick in the subcutaneous area and a third in the third of the dermis is punctured, and the outer edge is stitched from the surface into the interior, the injection is performed in the upper third of the dermis, and the outgrowth in the subcutaneous zone. In this case the horizontal step along the outer edge of the wound is twice as large as along the inner edge, the step is regulated by the angle of inclination of the diagonal.

EFFECT: method allows to make a single-row cosmetic suture when the perimeter of the outer edge of the wound exceeds the perimeter of the inner edge by more than 20 %.
