SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery, and can be used for suturing wounds of various localization on the surface of the body. The needle is injected into the skin at a distance of at least 0.5 cm from the edge of the wound and thrust out intradermally, in a direction parallel to the skin into the lumen of the wound. Then a needle is injected through subcutaneous fat, with a 0.5-1.0 cm capture of the wound bottom. After that, a needle with a ligature is passed through the thickness of subcutaneous fat on the opposite side and removed intradermally at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge of the wound. Then moving to the point of the intradermal site of the initial needle removal, piercing through the skin to the initial injection site, adapting the edges of the wound, and fixing them on the surface of the skin with a surgical knot, after which the suturing is repeated in the same sequence throughout the wound.

EFFECT: method ensures the achievement of a better cosmetic effect, and also prevents the formation of residual cavities due to congruent matching of all layers of the wound.
