FIELD: surgery; cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: initially, a nodal inverted suture is applied in the cranial angle of the wound to the subcutaneous fat, leaving the end of the thread. Further, in the opposite caudal corner of the wound, a suture is placed on the subcutaneous fat, making a fixing knot. The same needle continues suturing the wound from its caudal angle, making an injection with a needle in the middle of the dermis in the upper side of the wound relative to the position of the patient and passing the needle intradermally, it is punctured in the middle of the dermis at a distance of 7 mm to 10 mm from the injection on its side. Further, on the side of the wound opposite to the lower position of the patient, a needle is punctured in the middle of the dermis parallel to the puncture of the opposite upper side and, also passing the needle intradermally, it is punctured in the middle of the dermis at a distance of 7 mm to 10 mm from the puncture on its own side. In this case, in the caudal corner of the wound, a needle is inserted intradermally twice on each side of the wound. Next, the needle is turned perpendicular to the skin and the needle is injected, starting from the bottom of the subcutaneous fat and completely capturing its layer from the upper side of the wound. The needle is punctured in the middle of the dermis at a distance of 5 mm to 7 mm from the puncture on the opposite lower side of the wound, after which the needle is punctured starting from the bottom of the subcutaneous fat and capturing its layer from the lower side of the wound. The needle is punctured in the middle of the dermis parallel to the puncture of the upper side. Next, the needle is passed once intradermally from each side of the wound and in such a cycle the wound is sutured to the angle of the cranial side, and the suturing thread is tied into a knot with the end of the thread of the inverted suture of the cranial angle, which is immersed intradermally into the thickness of the subcutaneous fat.
EFFECT: reduction of time of surgical intervention and terms of wound healing, improvement of cosmetic effect, reduction of pyemic complications, acceleration of recovery, improvement of quality of life of patients.
