SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to road transport. Tent for bulk cargo transportation by vehicles comprises casing (1) with shaft (2) installed therein connected to the central part of the protective panel, central cable (13) and a power element mounted on the front side. Protective panel also has side portions (21, 22) that are foldable and co-winded onto shaft (2) and unwound from it, further folded to cover the load. Shaft (2) is provided with a controlled reverse drive. Central part (23) of the panel is made along the width of the body and has edges bent under it and attached along its entire length, intended to be connected to the edges of the side portions. Each of the side portions has a width not more than half the width of the central portion and, on the side opposite to the connection with the edge of the central portion, has eyelets (26, 27) for cords (28, 29) engaged with hooks mounted on the side boards. Connection of the central part to each of the side portions is made along the entire length of their contacting edges at the position of the side part over the central part with the lateral and folded side edge facing towards the middle of the central part and upwards. Rear end portion (35) of the central portion is attached to the power element comprising bar (10) with rounded element (11). Central cable (13) is fixed in the middle of beam (10), and hooks (44, 45) are mounted near its ends to wind free ends (31, 32) of cables (13) on the rear side of the hook.

EFFECT: inventions improve the protection of the cargo being transported, increase the reliability of fixing the protective panel in the deployed position, and simplify the process of body tenting.
