FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building for the food industry, in particular to devices for bird dressing, and can be used in the poultry processing industry in dressing lines. Working body for cleaning the skin of the neck of bird carcasses consists of four flat plates (1, 2, 3, 4) with several teeth (5), where the plates (1, 2, 3, 4) are located crosswise with respect to the axis of rotation (A) of the worker body, the teeth (5) are formed on the outer side of each plate (1, 2, 3, 4) with the pitch of t=h/5, where h is the stroke of the working member for one revolution, and the number of teeth on each plate is z=5.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cleansing the neck skin, the efficiency of cleaning the working element and simplified design and operation of the rotary device using this working body are achieved.
