FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the separation of heterogeneous liquid systems under the action of centrifugal forces and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, microbiological, pulp and paper and other industries. Hydrocyclone comprises a cylinder-conical body, nozzles for supplying the suspension and for removing the clarified fraction of the suspension, a device for discharging the thickened slurry fraction, including a container for collecting the thickened slurry fraction. Device for removing the thickened slurry fraction is made in the form of coaxial to the body of the hydrocyclone of internal and external perforated conical nozzles with a taper angle, equal to the cone angle of the conical part of the hydrocyclone body, forming channels for the passage of the suspension with the conical part of the hydrocyclone body. Conical nozzles have the possibility of rotation with different angular velocities and the possibility of moving along the axis of the body of the hydrocyclone, besides the height and the angular speed of rotation of the outer conical nozzle is greater than of the inner conical nozzle. Removal of thickened fraction device additionally comprises a container for collecting an intermediate fraction fed to the hydrocyclone by recycle through a slurry feed nozzle.
EFFECT: increasing the separating capacity of the hydrocyclone.
