FIELD: chemical industry; devices for separation of the non-uniform liquid systems under action of the centrifugal forces.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for separation of the non-uniform liquid systems under action of the centrifugal forces. The hydraulic cyclone-flotator contains the cylindrical body with the porous permeable lateral wall and the annular collector for gas feeding in the body, the fitting pipe for feeding of the gas in the collector, the fitting pipe of feeding of the suspension into the hydraulic cyclone body, the fitting pipe for the foam withdrawal and the unloading device. In the annular collector there is the device for distribution of the gas pressure made in the form of the annular elements mounted coaxially to the body with the capability of the independent motion in the axial direction and having the disk shape in the cross section passing through the axis of the body of the hydraulic cyclone. The diameter of the cross-section of the annular elements is increasing, and the spacing interval between the adjacent annular elements is diminishing in the process of the decrease of the spacing interval starting from the fitting pipe of feeding of the suspension into the body. The fitting pipe of feeding of the gas into the collector is installed tangentially and supplied with the control valve. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the separating capability at the expense of distribution of the volumetric share of the bubbles of the gas fed through the porous permeable lateral wall of the body, the appropriate distribution of the gas pressure in the axial direction in the annular collector for feeding of the gas into the hydraulic cyclone body.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased separating capability of the hydraulic cyclone due to distribution of the volumetric share of the gas bubbles fed through the porous permeable lateral wall of the body, the corresponding distribution of the gas pressure in the axial direction in the annular collector for the gas feeding into the hydraulic cyclone body.
