FIELD: treatment plants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment technologies for preventing the formation of scaling and salt deposits. Method for preparing the stabilizing water treatment agent comprises treating an anionite resin in chlor form with an aqueous solution of 4 wt% carbonate or sodium hydrogen carbonate. Resulting anion exchanger containing, as counterions, carbonates or hydrogen carbonates, is treated with an aqueous solution of scaling inhibitors containing carboxyl, or phosphonate, or phosphate functional groups. Anion exchange resin is loaded into the cartridge of a flow-through annular filter. Cartridge is mounted on the supply line of the treated water to the heating devices. Stabilizing treatment of water is carried out.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain anion exchangers blocking the process of crystallization of alkaline earth metal salts on the heating surface and to ensure the stability of the chemical characteristics of water.
