FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of plate materials production involves introduction of 5–10 wt. % binder selected from maleic acid, or phthalic anhydride, or maleic anhydride, or ethylene glycol or butanediol-1,4 into press mass in the form of vegetal raw material particles, as well as their combination in equimolar ratio.
EFFECT: invention relates to production of plate materials of high-density wood-fibre type from vegetal raw materials using synthetic binders.
