FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders with screw-shaped crushing devices for fodder grain grinding. Mill contains a receiving hopper, a crushing chamber, a grinding chamber in which a working member and a flexible elastic tube coated internally with an antifriction material are mounted, and equipped with the inclination angle changing mechanism, installed at the end of the grinding chamber in the form of a hydraulic cylinder driven by a hydraulic drive. Working member is made in the form of double lay rope strand, consisting of an organic core covered with two layers of wire. Wire outer layer is laid with a tangential gap, which value is larger than the crushed grain size by 1–2 mm. Double lay rope strand longitudinal axis is located in the flexible elastic tube diametrical plane.
EFFECT: enabling increased productivity due to increase in the scooping ability.
