FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: screw conveyor with a flexible working element comprises drive (1) and cylindrical chute (2), with flexible screw (3) located in it and consisting of three coaxially located spirally bent rods (4, 5, 6). One of rods is made in the form of trihedral strand of double right one-sided laying, and two other extreme rods in the form of trihedral strand of double unilateral left string. Large axes (9, 10, 11) passing through one of three tops of each of triangular strands face flexible rotor axis and are located in diametral plane (12) of cylindrical chute.

EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of screw conveyor.
