FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engine construction, namely, to the design of the rotary jet nozzles of aircraft turbojet engines in the place of their articulation with the nacelle of the aircraft. Device for articulating the outer surface of the engine vectorable jet nozzle and the aircraft nacelle contains an annular box with front and rear shells. To the rear shell of the box are pivotally attached flaps contacting the movable body of the pivoting device and with the end surface of the annular box, and the front shell through a removable cone is inserted under the inner contour of the nacelle wall. Removable cone is attached to the aircraft nacelle and is made in the form of a closed conical shell with longitudinal slots on the side of the front flange that separate the lateral surface of the cone into sectors. On the inner surface of each sector, on one side of the slots, the plates overlapping the slots are rigidly attached.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide a hermetic articulation of the outer surface of the jet nozzle with the nacelle of the aircraft, and also to simplify the construction of the articulation device and reduce its mass.
