SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packers. Hydraulic packer contains the barrel with the radial channels and the clutch in the upper part, which is mounted on the barrel upper and lower anchor assemblies, the sealing elements, which are located between the anchor assemblies, the hydraulic drive, which consists of the cylinder, which is connected to the barrel that forms the annular cavity with the barrel, which is connected to the inner cavity of the barrel through the radial channels, which are located in the annular cavity of the internal piston, which is interconnected with the cone of the lower anchor assembly, and connected to the ram holder of the lower anchor assembly of the outer piston, which is mounted with its possibility to be fixed to the barrel. Under the inner piston, the return spring is mounted, which rests from below with onto the ring protrusion. Protrusion is made on the inner surface of the outer piston. Above the sealing elements the collet is located on the barrel with the possibility to move it, the collet rests with its inner protrusion onto the shoulder, which is made on the outer surface of the barrel.
