FREQUENCY SCANNING ANTENNA WITHOUT THE NORMAL EFFECT (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H01P5/00

Abstract RU 2656300 C1

FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultra-high frequency radio engineering, namely to the design of a frequency scanning antenna array, which can be used in radar, radio navigation and other radio engineering systems. Antenna consists of the ultra-high frequency channel of the power distribution system (PDS), directional couplers (DC), which are sequentially separated among themselves by ultra-high frequency PDS, linear antenna arrays (LAA) connected to the DC, phasing sections (PS), elementary antenna phase inverters (EAPI), elementary antennas (EA). At the same time, DCs of the power distribution system is sequentially separated among themselves along the ultra-high frequency path by a distance, whose electrical length is equal to a quarter of the wavelength in the ultra-high frequency path, after subtracting an integer number of wavelengths, in this case, in DC behind the numbers 4n-3, where n is a natural number, the phase of DC is equal to 0°, in the linear antenna array, the phase in the PS is set to phase 90°, and a phase of 180° is set at EAPI, in DC for numbers 4n-2, the phase of DC is -180°, in the linear antenna array, the phase in the PS is set to phase 0°, and phase 0° is set at EAPI, in the directional couplers behind the numbers 4n-1, the phase of DC is -180°, in the linear antenna array, the phase in the PS is set to phase 90°, and a phase of 180° is set at EAPI, in DC behind the numbers 4n, the phase of EAPI is 0°, in the antenna array the phase in the PS is set to phase 0°, and phase 0° is set at EAPI.

EFFECT: technical result is eliminated normal effect in frequency scanning antenna.
