FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of building materials, namely to the manufacture of modified mortars, and can be used in the construction of brick buildings for brickwork, including facade masonry, for which actual application of solutions that prevent the formation of highs on the surface of the walls. Method of preparing the mortar is carried out by mixing portland cement, quartz sand, cellulose ether, alkali metal carbonate and water, portland cement CeEM II / A-P 32.5 H with a mineral additive is used as portland cement in an amount of 10–20 % by weight, cellulose ether is carboxymethyl cellulose, as an alkali metal carbonate, potash, quartz sand has a maximum fineness of 2.5 mm, and in the preparation of the mortar, the potash is pre-mixed with the mixing water and the resulting solution is mixed with the Portland cement, carboxymethylcellulose, and quartz sand with the following ratio of components, mass%: indicated Portland cement CEM II / A-P 32.5H 7.83–13.30, said quartz sand with a maximum grain size of 2.5 mm 58.30–73.98, said carboxymethylcellulose is 0.08–0.10, said antifreeze additive potash 1.00–10.00, water 15.70–20.00.
EFFECT: obtaining a mortar that prevents the formation of highs on the brickwork in conditions of all-season construction.
