FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of dry construction materials, is intended for production of masonry dry construction mixtures based on opoka-cement binder for clinker products and consists in the fact that the process line for the production of masonry dry construction mixtures for clinker bricks contains, in series along the process and technologically connected to each other, a loading device for loading sand with a device for its preliminary screening, drying unit, vibrating sieve, receiving bins for sand separated into fractions, at least one bin for portland cement and at least one bin for additives, at that, the bins are equipped with dosing devices and are interconnected with the mixer, for opokamorphic raw material equipped with a toothed crusher, a hammer crusher, a vibrating sieve with a maximum cell size of 1.2 mm and a bin for storing opokamorphic raw material connected to the mixer, wherein additionally comprises a drum rotary kiln for low-temperature roasting from 550 °C to 65 °C opokamorphic material, installed after toothed crusher.

EFFECT: preparation of mixtures of dry construction masonry, having high resistance to efflorescence, high strength of mortars based thereon and high adhesion with ceramic bricks due to use of opokamorphic raw material, fired at low temperatures.
