Method of mixing loose materials consists in dosing the components, feeding them into two superchargers, forming two blades from the components of the mixture, which are opposed to each other, determination for each supercharger separately at the automatic change in the frequency of the current from 0 to 50 Hz, the frequency of the current of the engine, which corresponds to the maximum force of the action of jets of different components on the plate, which is installed in the lower part of the mixing chamber, the automatic plant and the use of these frequencies in the mixture formation mode. Device for mixing loose materials contains two containers for storing components, two dispensers and two vane blasters, the nozzles of which are connected to the mixing chamber. Bladed impellers of the superchargers are fixed on the shafts of the electric motors, and in the lower part of the mixing chamber the plate is pivotally mounted, through the rod it is thrust against the strain gage sensor, the automatic control cabinet is mounted on the mixer frame, which contains the operator panel, electronic controller, power supply, exhaust filter, two frequency converters, circuit breakers.
