FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous mixing of loose materials that feature hard inhomogeneity of particle size and density and can be used in whatever industry. Proposed method comprises dosed feed of materials in rotary drum including rows of stationary deflecting elements arranged nearby drum shaft, shaping the flow of drop particles, displacing them in flow and mix discharge. Portions of drop particle flow enriched with hard inhomogeneity materials receive force pulses acting in direction to drum loading end. Proposed device comprises rotary drum, adapter including lift vanes secured to drum inner surface and rows of stationary horizontal deflecting elements arranged nearby drum shaft and composed of funnels with inclined chutes directed toward drum loading end. Swivel plates are secured at lengthwise edges of funnels in every said row. Rows of deflecting elements are secured to displace across said rum.
EFFECT: higher homogeneity of mix composition.
