FIELD: optoelectronic surveillance system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television and computer technology and is oriented to the use in panoramic surveillance television cameras, which are based on "ring" television sensors using charge-coupled device (CCD) technology and are designed to work in conditions, when objects of control differ significantly from each other in terms of illumination and/or brightness. Result is achieved by the fact that the cameras provide simultaneously a surround-view of the situation in a region close to the hemisphere, i.e. in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in the elevation angle, in the television camera, the control voltage value for automatic regulation of accumulation time and arrester drive motor is sampled in the current "ring" frame, within one of the n areas of the "ring" target of the photodetector, wherein the area of this region coincides with a section on the target occupied by the corresponding "rectangular" frame, sampling control voltage for n "ring" frames of the analog video signal sequentially (one by one) in a cyclic mode, wherein the current digital "ring" image frames in the server are recorded separately in the first, second, … (n-1)th and nth operational memory of the server, from which one qualitative record of the "rectangular" frame is read, namely: from the first memory – first "rectangular" frame, from the second memory – second "rectangular" frame, … from the (n-1)th memory of the (n-1)th "rectangular" frame, and from the nth memory – nth "rectangular" frame.
EFFECT: technical result is automatic increase in the sensitivity of these separate "rectangular" frames recorded at low illumination (brightness) of the corresponding fragments of the panoramic image, by increasing the accumulation time of the photodetector and television camera video path gain factor for them.
