FIELD: video surveillance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television and computer equipment and is oriented to the use in television camera of panoramic observation, which are made on the basis of "ring" television sensors based on the technology of charge-coupled devices (CCD) and are designed to work in conditions, when objects of control differ significantly from each other in terms of illumination and/or brightness. Result is achieved by the fact that the cameras provide simultaneously a surround-view of the situation in a region close to the hemisphere, i.e. in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in the elevation angle, in the television camera, the value of the control voltage for the accumulation time and AGC is counted in the current "ring" frame, within one of the k areas of the "ring" target of the photodetector, and the area of this region coincides with the area on the target occupied by the corresponding "rectangular" frame, executing control voltage samples for the k "ring" frames of the analog video signal sequentially (one by one) in a cyclic mode, the recording of the current digital "ring" image frames in the server is performed separately in the first, second, … (k-1) and k operational memory of the server, from which one qualitative record of the "rectangular" frame is read, namely: from the first memory – the first "rectangular" frame, from the second memory – the second "rectangular" frame, … from the (k-1) memory – (k-1) "rectangular" frame, and from the k-memory – the k-"rectangular" frame.
EFFECT: organization in automatic mode of increasing the sensitivity of these individual "rectangular frames recorded with low illumination (brightness) of the corresponding fragments of the panoramic image, by increasing the accumulation time of the photodetector and television camera video path gain factor for them.
