FIELD: video monitoring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the panoramic computer observation, which is performed using the circular view monochrome or color television camera in the close to the hemisphere region, made on the basis of an “annular” sensor (“annular” photodetector). Result is achieved by fact, that accumulating the information frame charge image on the target photosensitive elements in accordance with the control voltage for the photodetector accumulation time automatic adjustment (ATAA), performing the charge image on the target “annular” scanning with subsequent charge packets element-by-element reading in the “annular” shift register and the observed space image analog signal voltage generation at the charge-voltage conversion unit (CVCU) output, wherein in the process of the sensor video signal reception, controlling the reading aperture area due to the fact that changing the period of control pulses Tp (reset pulses) for CVCU from line to line, at that, the ATAA control voltage value and, accordingly, the charge accumulation per frame duration are determined separately for each individual target by the formed thereon charge relief advanced and non-destructive assessment.

EFFECT: technical result is the panoramic image fragments sensitivity increasing establishment in the automatic mode, which are controlled at low illumination (brightness) of the corresponding objects of the “annular” frame by increase in the accumulation time for them.
