FIELD: surveillance systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic computer observation, which is performed using a monochrome or color television camera of a circular view in a region close to a hemisphere made on the basis of a "ring" sensor ("ring" photodetector). "Ring" target of the photodetector is divided into photodetector areas isolated from each other, which, with the parallel control of the photodetector and scanning processes, have the form of a part of a circular ring, the magnitude of the control voltage and, correspondingly, the duration of accumulation of charges per frame, are determined separately for each of these individually taken targets from the peak value of the video signal generated at the sensor output during the corresponding time interval within the forward stroke of the frame.

EFFECT: technical result is the organization in automatic mode of increasing the sensitivity of fragments of the "ring" frame by increasing the accumulation time for them.
