SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionery industry of the food industry, to the production of enriched glazed confectionery products. Method is proposed for producing a glazed confectionery product, comprising mixing and extruding components from vegetable and animal raw materials, for this, starch-containing raw materials are mixed with brown and/or enriched vitamins and/or microelements and/or hydroalcoholic extracts with sugar and enriching ingredients, single extrusion treatment is carried out at an operating temperature of 100–200 °C, the rotational speed of the working augers is 70–95 min-1, the diameter of the used spinneret is 1–6 mm, with or without additional water supply, as well as the rotational speed of the dispenser screw of 90–95 min-1 and cutting speed 80–85 min-1, the obtained unbroken extrudate with particles of not more than 50 mm in size is coated by applying vitamins or a solution of amino acids to the solution surface, or sugar fruit-drink syrup, or sugar syrup, or sugar-juice syrup, or honey syrup, followed by drying and glazing in black and/or white chocolate.

EFFECT: invention provides development of a method for producing confectionery products with the ability to regulate the protein-carbohydrate-vitamin-mineral status due to extruded flavoring components derived from plant and animal raw materials, and obtaining a wide range of confectionery products, which are distinguished by increased food and biological value.
