FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of composite materials, namely to equipment for the production of long products in the form of strips, rods and profiles from raw materials based on thermoplastic polymers. Installation includes a loading chamber, a horizontal hydraulic press, a working chamber with heating elements, matrix defining the shape of the article, a cooling die and a properly-drawn device, a temperature sensor, a force measuring device, a control unit, and an alarm device. Control unit is connected to a temperature sensor, a force measuring device and an alarm. Force measuring device makes it possible to measure the pressing force in the working chamber and transfers the obtained data to the control unit. Device according to the invention can be used in technical service enterprises for recycling polymer waste, as well as in garbage processing plants.
EFFECT: technical result of the device according to the invention is to improve the quality of the molded articles, to prevent jamming of the material in the working chamber, and to increase the productivity of the apparatus.
