SUBSTANCE: invention relates to asphalt-based sheet materials. Disclosed is an asphaltic sheet comprising: an asphalt component comprising an asphalt binder and a flame retardant other than expandable graphite dispersed in the asphalt binder, said asphalt binder comprising first and second flat surfaces; a removable separating film attached to said first flat surface; a polymer layer adhered to said second surface; a concentrated region of expandable graphite on or near the second flat surface, and in said concentrated region there is a concentration gradient where the concentration of expandable graphite varies from a layer with a maximum concentration to a layer with a minimum concentration. Also described is method for producing an asphaltic sheet.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining an asphaltic sheet with fire-resistant insulating properties.
