SUBSTANCE: group of inventions provides a material for a road surface, a polymer matrix for encapsulating soot and/or graphene particles, a sheet of a polymer matrix to obtain a layered structure, a layered structure containing a plurality of sheets to obtain an article, an article containing a polymer matrix, a radiation-protective material containing a polymer matrix, a suspension of a polymer matrix in asphalt and a method for producing a polymer matrix are described. The polymer matrix for encapsulating soot and/or graphene particles contains a cross-linked network of rubber obtained from used tires and at least one additional polymer.

EFFECT: increase of the strength of the material.
