SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. In the comprising hollow housing with the nozzle and central core liquid nozzle, housing is made with the fluid supply channel and comprises coaxial, rigidly connected to it bushing with the fixed in its lower part nozzle, made in the form of cylindrical two-stage bushing, which upper cylindrical stage by the threaded connection is connected to the coaxial to it central core, having central hole and installed with the annular gap relative to the cylindrical bushing inner surface, wherein the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the bushing inner surface and the upper cylindrical stage outer surface, wherein annular cavity is connected with housing fluid supply channel. According to the invention, to the central core, in its lower part, sprayer is rigidly connected, made in the form of coaxial to the core central hole truncated cone, and by its upper base attached to the central core cylinder base, and a cutter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes, which is made in the form of an end circular plate whose edges are bent toward the annular gap, and flattened cone on outer side surface there are helical grooves.
