FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: liquid-fuel nozzle includes a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. Mentioned case has fluid feed channel and includes the sleeve aligned and rigidly coupled therewith and having nozzle secured to its lower part. The nozzle is designed in the form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, the upper cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with the central cylindrical core, having the internal through central hole and installed with the ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The ring clearance is connected with radial channels, made in the two-step sleeve to communicate with circular cavity, formed by the sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. The diffuser is rigidly attached to the central core, at its lower part, and is made in the form of a truncated cone coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core. A divider is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of spokes, which is made in the form of an end circular plate whose edges are bent towards the annular gap, and screw grooves are provided on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone. To the lower base of the truncated cone of a nebulizer rigidly attached to the central core, an internal diffuser is coaxially attached in its lower part in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spray.
