FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for beverage brewing, preferably tea, is intended to prepare the beverage directly in the package by immersion in a liquid. Device comprises a rigid body and liquid-permeable flexible container (1) with the product to be brewed. Rigid body is made with conical section (8), open from the base of the cone base, and with a hole at the top. Near the hole, conical portion (8) is articulated with tubular element (4) with internal thread (5), in which threaded rod (3) is placed. Container (1) is fixed to the end of threaded rod (3). Inner surface of the conical portion of the body is provided with a screw-like projection or not less than one projection (9) located along the generatrix of conical portion (8) of the body or at an angle to it.
EFFECT: device makes it possible to control the degree of extraction of the product to be brewed and to exclude the transfer of this liquid beyond the capacity of the resulting beverage.
