FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: to be used in electrical engineering. Pack (100) for cigarettes is designed to store and charge electronic cigarette (10), which has end connector (900) with first and second electrical contacts (900A, 900B). Pack (100) comprises battery (151), housing (120), comprising tube (132A) with open first end (132A1) for receiving electronic cigarette (10), and contact assembly (700), located at the second opposite end (132A2) of tube (132A). Contact assembly 700 includes connector (703) with central (704B) and external (704A) contacts for charging electronic cigarette (10) from battery (151) of pack (100). Outer contact (704A) of contact assembly (700) comprises substantially annular base (741) and at least two protrusions (742), which extend from base (741) towards first end (132A1) of tube (132A), defining docking unit (743) for receiving end connector (900) of electronic cigarette (10). Base (741) of outer contact (704A) is spring-loaded, for example by means of spring (720), relative to housing (702, 706) of contact assembly (700).

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the safety, reliability and ease of use of the pack for electronic cigarettes.
