FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to a plant and method for recovering CO2 from house gases. Apparatus is provided with a CO2 absorption tower, a CO2-absorption-solution reclamation tower, a thermometer, a control device. Absorption tower is provided with an upper CO2 absorption unit obtaining a semi-rich solution as a result of bringing a CO2-containing exhaust gas into contact with a weak solution so that CO2, contained in said gas to be treated is absorbed by said weak solution, and a lower CO2 absorption unit obtaining a rich solution as a result of bringing said semi-rich solution into contact with the CO2-containing exhaust gas, so that CO2, contained in said gas to be treated is absorbed by said semi-rich solution. Absorption-solution reclamation tower regenerates the weak solution by heating the rich solution so that CO2 leaves the rich solution. Thermometer measures the temperature of the rich solution supplied from the CO2 absorption tower to the CO2-absorption-solution reclamation tower. Control device controls the temperature of the semi-rich solution supplied to the lower CO2 absorption unit, on the basis of the temperature of the rich solution measured by the thermometer. Ratio between the filler loading height in the upper CO2 absorption unit and filler loading height in the lower CO2 absorption unit is equal to or greater than 1:3 and is equal to or less than 3:1.

EFFECT: high CO2 absorption rate, reduced consumption of water vapor, saving energy.
