FIELD: chemical processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an absorbent for absorbing carbon dioxide (CO2), or hydrogen sulphide (H2S), or for absorbing both CO2 and H2S, and to an apparatus and method for extracting CO2, or H2S, or both CO2 and H2S. Described is an absorbent for absorbing CO2, or H2S, or both CO2 and H2S in a gas, containing, as components: (a) secondary linear monoamine; (b) tertiary linear monoamine, and (c) secondary cyclic diamine; wherein the concentration of secondary linear monoamine (a) is over 30 wt.% and below 45 wt.%, the concentration of tertiary linear monoamine (b) is over 15 wt.% and below 30 wt.%, and the secondary linear monoamine (a) includes a compound selected from at least one of N-methylaminoethanol, N-ethylaminoethanol, N-propylaminoethanol, N-butylaminoethanol; the tertiary linear monoamine (b) includes a compound selected from at least one of N-methyldiethanolamine, N-ethyldiethanolamine, N-butyldiethanolamine, 4-dimethylamino-1-butanol, 2-dimethylaminoethanol, 2-diethylaminoethanol, 2-di-n-butylaminoethanol, N-ethyl-N-methylethanolamine, 3-dimethylamino-1-propanol, 2-dimethylamino-2-methyl-1-propanol, and the secondary cyclic diamine (c) constitutes a piperazine derivative including piperazine (C4H10N2), 2-methylpiperazine (C5H12N2), and 2,5-dimethylpiperazine (C6H14N2), or a mixture thereof.

EFFECT: provided absorbent of CO2, and/or H2S, or both CO2 and H2S, capable of reducing the heat load on the reboiler in the process of recirculation of the absorbent; and provided method and apparatus for extracting CO2, or H2S, or both CO2 and H2S.
