FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installation for producing carbon dioxide from flue gases. Installation comprises absorber 1006 to bring flue gas carbon dioxide absorbent in contact with flue gases 1002 to extract carbon dioxide therefrom. It includes regenerator 1008 to remove carbon dioxide from said absorbent (rich solution) to feed it via first feed pipeline L1 to absorbent recovery to produce recovered carbon dioxide absorbent (depleted solution) 1009. It comprises also boilers 1101-1 and 1101-2 with falling film to derive carbon dioxide absorbent (amine solution) from regenerator bottom to heat said absorbent by steam 1031. Besides it comprises vapor-liquid separator 1103 to separate carbon dioxide absorbent heated by boilers with falling film into revered absorbent with no carbon dioxide and vapor containing carbon dioxide. Also, it includes second feed pipeline L2 to feed separated carbon dioxide absorbent into absorber.
EFFECT: compact design, decreased thermal decomposition of amine, decreased power of carbon dioxide compressor.
