Method for producing a stack of layers of a composite laminate, having a pattern of holes, comprises: forming a stack of layers by laying on top of each other a plurality of layers of prepreg with unidirectional fibers, each of which is spread by laying strips of fibrous plaits of prepreg; separation of bundles in each strip from each other to obtain gaps between bundles when laying strips; regulation of the harness positions when laying strips; regulation of gaps between bundles when laying strips; changing the orientation of the fibers in the layers to form a system of openings in the stack of layers, and curing the stack of layers where the resin in the prepreg is a thermally curable thermoset material and has controlled flow characteristics that, preventing resin from flowing into the holes during curing.
EFFECT: getting a package of layers.
