FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry. Casting method under pressure with aspiration through choking includes the use of casting device 1. Device 1 comprises holding furnace 3 in which molten metal 2 is accumulated, chill mold 6 that forms a cavity 5 together with a rod 4, a pressure boost means 7 for the molten metal, which supplies gas to increase pressure, and evacuation-pumping out means 8 that evacuates and withdraws inner part of the cavity 5. Predetermined decompression stroke, which is predetermined according to casting process, is compared with measured pressure stroke of cavity and rod, which is measured during actual casting. Corrected decompression stroke is calculated based on the difference between them, and predetermined decompression stroke during the next casting is corrected by using corrected decompression stroke.
EFFECT: ensures elimination of risk of gas or incomplete filling of the defect in products.
