Method comprises obtaining, by a portable monitoring device, of the transport system user consumer device identification data; consumer device checking result generation by the monitoring system depending on the read identification data and the entry in the database, where the record contains plurality of elements, each of which relates to the transport system respective users corresponding consumer device input data; checking result transmission by the portable monitoring device. Wherein, the monitoring system comprises said portable monitoring device and remote from it server, which receives the input data packet from plurality of computing devices at a corresponding plurality of locations; performing the second entry creation in the database depending on the received packets, where for each location the second entry contains the established time and state data of the last in time packet reception from that location.
