SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely, to pig farming. Method of raising pigs for meat involves giving the antibacterial feeding supplement with water and the feeding of animals with the basic diet. As an antibacterial feed supplement, "Baliz-B" is used, obtained by micro-biosynthesis of a strain of bacteria Gluconobacter oxydans. Rearing of said supplement is carried out with the aid of the autodrinker water system with dispensing device which introduces said additive at a rate of 20 ml/kg of live weight, in the morning and in the evening.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention ensures an increase in the safety of piglets, an increase in the productivity and economic profitability of pig raising.
