FIELD: fuel combustion devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the combustion of solid fuel having carbon-containing materials and can be used for autonomous, environmentally friendly and economical heating of residential premises and utility rooms, greenhouses, cottages, cabins, tents and railway cars, processing of carbon-containing waste. Flameless combustion method of solid fuel includes laying solid fuel on the boiler stoker grate, its ignition and combustion, and is characterized in that the ignition of the upper layers of the fuel is carried out, instead of the boiler stoker grate, a porous heat-resistant baffle is used, through which the combustion gases are forced to be removed, and a carbon-containing raw material with carbon content of at least 10 % is used as a solid fuel. Aim of the present invention is to develop an environmentally friendly method for solid fuel combustion (without the use of a chimney) used for space heating, including residential and sleeping rooms.
EFFECT: reduction in the heat losses with combustion gases, as well as incomplete combustion of carbon fuel, the possibility to combust finely dispersed fuel with an increased content of non-combustible materials.
