SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the granulate conditioner and the optimized granulate manufacturing device with such a granulate conditioner. Conditioner comprises two disks configured to rotate relative to each other and located substantially parallel to each other, granulate inlet, through which the granulate can be introduced into the conditioner into the annular gap between both discs, and receiving tank for the granulate reception exiting from the gap between both discs under the centrifugal force. At that, the receiving tank has flexible shutter, which is at least by sections is spaced apart from the receiving tank wall and limits the leaving the gap granulate flight path. Optimized granulate manufacturing device comprises housing, in which a mixer-granulator and the aforementioned granulate conditioner are located.
EFFECT: granulate conditioner allows to optimize the granulates granules size.
