FIELD: coffee and spices grinders.
SUBSTANCE: described is a new grinder (1), which serves to grind coffee beans (3) and is designed as a conical mill. To improve the grinding process, grinding cone (11) and grinding ring (15) include grinding surfaces (64, 69, 94, 99), having angle (ϕ) of inclination, which in each case is greater than 90° and less than 180°, relative to the tool reference plane (E-I).
EFFECT: improvement of the grinding process.
