SUBSTANCE: described is new grinder (1), which serves to grind coffee beans (3). To improve the grinding process, first and/or second grinding disk (11', 15') respectively comprise grinding surfaces (64, 69, 94, 99) having angle (ϕ) of inclination, which in each case is greater than 90° and less than 180°, relative to tool reference plane (E-I).
EFFECT: improvement of the grinding process.
