FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: training rangefinder refers to means of aiming and guidance and can be used as a device for training operators of armored vehicles using modern thermal imaging devices. Training rangefinder contains transceiver, horizontal and vertical guidance selectors, respectively, optical unit with sight and digital indicator channels, information display, calculator and information processing device, projectile type selector, start-up mechanism simulator. Calculator comprises a switching unit, a control device and an information former, connected in series. In addition, a thermal imaging information display and a thermal imaging information generator have been introduced.

EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of functionality due to the emergence of the possibility of training operators of armored vehicles using modern thermal imaging devices.
