SUBSTANCE: laser pointer/range-finder includes a transceiver, a pointing system with devices for measuring the horizontal angle and elevation angle, a tripod, a power supply, a clocking unit with a built-in satellite navigation system and an electronic device for measuring barometric pressure, a ground navigation device in form of a laser gyrocompass with a reference element for mounting on the rotating platform of the pointing system, an optical sighting device and a radio station for interaction with external subscribers.
EFFECT: high self-containment and accuracy of pointing artillery and air-launched weapons.
